Our basic package “Base” includes everything you need for a successful conference:

• Conference room flooded with daylight and seating of your choice
• Conference desk with individual support from our “conference angels”
• Technology: projector, 1 screen, 1 flipchart, notepads and pens, event technician on site
• Break: tea and coffee specialties, soft drinks, lemon water, fruit, 1 daily snack
• Drinks in the room: unlimited flavored water
• Your lunch: Buffet (starter and main course) / 2-course menu of the chef's choice, flavored water

For a half-day package, the price quoted is reduced by 5 Euro per person.

Dolce Pro (most popular)

from 105 Euro per person/day

In addition to the “Base” package, the “Dolce Pro” package includes the following services:

• Up to 3 free room upgrades
• Setup the evening before
• 1 speaker's case & 1 pinboard
• Juices in the conference room
• Welcome coffee break
• 1 additional drink with lunch
• 50% discount on parking

For a half-day package, the price quoted is reduced by 5 Euro per person.

Our add-ons give your event the perfect boost – refreshing and enjoyable:

In the conference room: nut machine for fresh nut butter, mineral water, soft drinks, smoothies, candy or salty bar, ice lollies

During coffee breaks: additional snacks

At lunch: dessert with the menu, lunch boxes, picnic in the park

In the evening: 3-course menu or buffet of the chef's choice, including 1 alcoholic drink, 3-hour beverage package with and without alcohol, after-work drinks at the bar
